TFG and Call2Care Join Forces to Transform Lives at Realistic Child and Youth Care Centre

On March 7th, the TFG team and its partners made a significant investment in their social responsibility program by sponsoring the maintenance and refurbishment of the sleeping cottages at Realistic Child and Youth Care Centre in Athlone. This remarkable initiative was made possible through the tireless efforts of Call2Care.

The renovation project has completely transformed the living quarters, which currently house 31 boys, with a capacity for 45. The newly refurbished rooms boast clean and freshly painted walls, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the children.

This project not only improved the physical infrastructure but also had a profound impact on the lives of the children and the volunteers who participated. The event was a testament to the power of collaboration and social responsibility.

We are also delighted to report that some of the children from the centre have been successfully reintegrated with their families, marking a significant milestone in their journey.
